Homeforge Games · Game studio

Every game, forged in-house.

We design, illustrate, animate, score and verify finite-pool, Class II and traditional slot games entirely on our own hardware. No cloud render farms and no third-party APIs: every game comes out of a pipeline we built ourselves.

Now showing: Moonlit Jaguar Hunt

What we build

One game, three formats

Every Homeforge game is built from one verified math model and one set of art, then delivered in whichever format the floor needs: finite pool, Class II or traditional slot.

01

Finite pool

Pull-tab games built on a predetermined, finite deck of 2,520 to 4,000 tickets. Payback and hit rate are fixed by the deck itself and checked ticket by ticket, in the tradition of paper pull-tabs.

  • 3×3 and single-row tickets
  • Payback of 74% to 78%, verified
  • Volatility matched to the theme

02

Class II

Games whose outcomes come from a Class II draw, with the same art, animation and audio as the pull-tab version. Each is packaged with its own draw mode so the platform can route it correctly.

  • Class II draw mode
  • Same verified math
  • Pull-tab or reel presentation

03

Traditional slots

5-reel video slots with 64-symbol reel strips, paytables derived from the game's symbol payouts, and paylines or ways-to-win. RTP and hit rate are checked by simulation before delivery.

  • 5×3 reels, paylines or ways
  • Simulated RTP and hit rate
  • Animated symbols, pick'em bonuses

Built under one roof

Our GPUs. Our models. Our pipeline.

Every game is generated on hardware we own and run. State-of-the-art diffusion models paint and animate every image, generative audio models compose every score, and our own math engine builds every deck. Nothing is sent to a cloud service, a stock library or an outside studio.

Images

Diffusion models paint every symbol, background, logo, frame and button. The top symbols get cinematic, full-scene art, the rest get clean isolated art, and each game keeps a single art style throughout.

Animation

Video diffusion models animate every symbol and background as a seamless loop whose first and last frames match, so the motion never visibly jumps.

Audio

Generative audio models compose six tracks for every game: an ambient score plus small, medium, big, jackpot and bonus stingers, each matched to the game's theme and volatility.

Math

Our finite-deck engine builds every ticket pool, from 2,520 to 4,000 tickets, with payback held between 74% and 78%, hit rates between 3% and 12%, and volatility matched to the theme.

Your IP stays private

Themes, art and math never leave our building. Nothing is uploaded, shared or used to train anyone else's model.

Free to iterate

There are no per-image or per-minute fees, so we can regenerate a symbol, a loop or a whole soundtrack until it's right.

Fully reproducible

Every prompt, seed and setting is saved with the game, so any asset can be rebuilt or edited later.

Fast

A complete game with art, animation, audio and certified math takes hours. A static preview for a pitch takes about fifteen minutes.

The pipeline

From a one-line idea to a finished game

Every game goes through the same eight stages, in the same order, every time.

  1. Concept

A locally hosted language model drafts the title, symbol set, art direction and palette, and screens out names that are already overused in our library.

  2. Math

The deck engine builds the finite ticket pool and paytable for the chosen grid and ticket price.

  3. Art

Diffusion models render symbols, background, logo, two frames and buttons, all in one consistent style.

  4. Animation

Video diffusion turns each symbol and the background into a seamless looping clip.

  5. Audio

An ambient score and five win and bonus stingers, composed to fit the theme.

  6. Slot presentation

5-reel strips of 64 symbols, with a paytable derived from the game's symbol payouts, so the same deck can also play as a slot.

  7. Assembly

The runtime config and both HTML entry points (pull-tab and slot) are packaged with the art and audio.

  8. Verify & deliver

Every check below has to pass. Then the game goes to the EverPool platform.

Verification

Nothing leaves the forge untested

Generation is the easy part. Before any game is handed to EverPool, it has to pass a gate of math, art and playability checks. If a game fails any of them, it gets fixed or regenerated before it ships.

  • Deck math, ticket by ticket

Deck size, payback, hit rate and prize floor are recomputed from the actual tickets. No prize may fall below the smallest symbol payout.

  • Payout integrity

Each symbol's advertised payout must match the largest win it actually produces in the deck, and every symbol must appear in the paytable.

  • Reel simulation

Slot reels are simulated to confirm RTP and hit rate fall inside our target bands, and that every paying symbol appears on every reel.

  • Vision-model art review

A locally hosted vision model inspects logos and frames for legible titles, clear play areas and correct composition. Anything that fails is regenerated.

  • Asset completeness gate

Every symbol has its own art, and every game has both frames, logo, background, buttons, animations and all six audio tracks. A game missing anything doesn't ship.

  • Bonus completeness

A pick'em bonus is either fully populated on every ticket that awards it or absent entirely. Players never see a half-configured bonus.

  • End-to-end play

An automated browser suite plays games through the real interface to confirm they load, play and pay out as designed.

  • Regulatory package

Every game can export a PAR sheet, variance statistics, a math summary and a draft submission letter for an independent test lab.

Delivery
